Havana Castle Cigars Barrhaven

Drove about half hour to come to this shop after seeing the reviews and not being pleased with the quality of other shops in Ottawa. Came in and met the owner Naz - we chatted for a bit and he showed me around. Cigars are well cared for, and the selection was great. The shop is clean and the prices are quite reasonable. The also sell their own brand of cigars for a low price which is nice to have the option. This will be my main shop moving forward

I was on my way to my regular cigar shop, which is out of the way and literally stumbled onto this gem of a store. I must state that the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The humidor was well humidified which was a pleasure to see. So happy to finally have a store in the neighborhood.

Went in today to check it out and I was very impressed. Nas was very friendly and showed me around the place. I picked up a few cigars and I am looking forward to trying them out. You can tell that Nas is an expert with the amount of knowledge that he has. Thanks again for the good experience.

I'd like to start off by saying when I walked in today I thought I was walking into a cigar shop. I was so WRONG. I walked in with little knowledge and walked out with a mind altering EXPERIENCE and excitement with all the new information I had learned. The man working was so keen on educating me about making the right decision for me and took the time to understand me and the flavors that I enjoy. I walked out with 5 tester cigars and have since enjoyed 2 and they have been bang on for me. I actually find myself very excited to go into the cigar shop next and am extremely thankful for all the help and patience the man at the shop had and showed me today! A shop with this elegance has been a long time coming!!!

This cigar business is one that I would definitely recommend to everyone. Finding the ideal cigar for my friends birthday was made possible by the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends.

Wanted to share my recent experience with Havana Castle in Barrhaven. For a first time experience with this location and the brand, I could have asked for a more welcoming and expert encounter. From the moment I entered, I was warmly greeted, then guided through their inventory based on my preferences. If you’ve not been in, I highly recommend it! Competitive pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff, vast cigar selection, and a great amount of accessories to go along with it. Naz helps me out every time I come in and provides a service that makes me not want or need to shop for cigars anywhere else. Definitely a great, one-stop-shop for local cigar aficionados. I found a wonderful new cigar shop with nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a little bit of everything. Want to get a gift for someone? They can help. Do you want to try a few samples? They sell them at a discount. Definitely worth the trip and I expect to return soon.

One of the most welcoming businesses I have ever been to! I don't have much knowledge on cigars and I was going in to buy a gift for a friend. The gentleman working today was so informative and very respectful! He helped me choose the perfect cigars and gave the best advice especially since I'm not too familiar with cigars. 5 stars!

Went into Havana today to grab a retirement gift and since I don’t smoke, the gentlemen in the branch was extremely helpful.He explained clearly the differences between the cigars and recommended some options within my budget.The store is clean, well put together, staff was super chill. Feels like chatting with a friend rather than a salesman - which speaks to the quality of their employees.
